Rental Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- All Charges are for Time Out, Not Time Used
- Rental Payment(s) are due at the beginning of the rental period – in advance
- Insurance - All rentals must include liability insurance with Ditch Witch PRO listed as an additional insured and loss payee. There will be a 16% damage waiver fee to rental contract if it is not supplied or if you do not want to go via your insurance company.
- Repairs - All repairs required due to abuse or negligence will be charged to the lessee upon return of the damaged rental equipment. All work will be performed by Ditch Witch PRO.
- Vac Rentals - Our trailers are equipped with a 7-way RV plug and a 3" pintle hitch. Customers are required to provide necessary hook-ups for their vehicle.
- A cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed on equipment returned not clean. In addition, any vacs returned from rental with debris in the spoils tank the customer will be charged a $1000 disposal fee.
- A fuel surcharge of $6/gallon will be applied to machines returned with less than a full tank of fuel.
